Future VicPods AI help responses should follow this Help Center as the source of truth.

01

Getting started

Start in Studio if you want a high-level view of your activity. Open Workspace when you are ready to create a new episode, set up a new series, or continue a draft already in progress.

  1. Create your account and verify your email.
  2. Choose your app language and appearance in Settings.
  3. Open Workspace and choose either a new single episode or a new series.
  4. Use Pantry for reusable ideas, then generate show notes and export the episode brief when the draft is ready.
02

How to create a single episode

Single Episode is the fastest way to go from one topic to a structured, recording-ready draft without setting up a full show.

  1. Open Workspace and choose New Episode.
  2. Enter the topic, audience notes, and the result you want the episode to help listeners achieve.
  3. Choose the tone, format template, hook style, and target length.
  4. Generate the draft, then refine it inside the episode editor.
03

How to create a series

Series creation is for shows that need continuity, recurring themes, and stronger planning across multiple episodes.

  1. Open Workspace and choose New Series.
  2. Define the series setup, season goal, audience promise, and recurring themes.
  3. Set blueprint defaults, tone, delivery style, and episode structure rules.
  4. Create the workspace, then manage themes and episode drafts from the series page.
04

How Workspace works

Workspace is the main production area. It is where you start new episodes, launch new series, open the single-episode collection, and manage series already in progress.

  • Use Workspace for active drafting and management.
  • Use the series view to manage themes, continuity, settings, and planning.
  • Use the episode editor to refine structure, check release readiness, generate show notes, and prep the episode brief before recording.
05

How Pantry works

Pantry stores reusable ingredients for future episodes, such as hooks, ideas, tags, and notes you may want to bring into later drafts.

  • Save ideas you are not ready to turn into full episodes yet.
  • Use Pantry hooks during generation to guide the draft in a specific direction.
  • Treat Pantry as your ingredient shelf, not your editing workspace.
06

Language, settings, and billing help

Settings controls your profile, app language, theme preference, password, subscription details, and billing access.

  • Change app language in Settings > Appearance.
  • Change profile details in Settings > Profile.
  • Change password in Settings > Security.
  • Review founding launch pricing, invoices, and upgrades in Settings > Billing.

Common questions

What is the difference between Studio and Workspace?

Studio is the overview area for seeing recent activity and high-level status. Workspace is where creation and editing actually happen.

Should I start with a single episode or a series?

Start with a single episode when you want speed and one focused draft. Start with a series when you need continuity, recurring themes, and planning across multiple episodes.

Does changing the app language affect AI output?

Yes. The app language setting is designed to guide interface labels and AI-generated output so they follow the language selected by the user.

Where should I go if I want to reuse an idea later?

Save it in Pantry. Pantry is for storing hooks, notes, and reusable ingredients for future episode drafts.
