01

What VicPods is

VicPods is a podcast planning and launch-prep application. It helps users structure episodes, generate AI-assisted drafts, prepare launch assets, and manage show workflow before recording.

02

Account ownership and eligibility

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and the information you provide. Use accurate details, keep your login secure, and only use VicPods if you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

03

Verification and account security

VicPods can require email verification, password checks, or additional sign-in confirmation to protect accounts. Security-related emails and notices are part of operating the service safely.

04

Your content stays your responsibility

You keep responsibility for the podcast content you write, generate, publish, or record through VicPods. You should review AI-assisted output for factual accuracy, legal compliance, and brand fit before using it publicly.

05

Privacy and user control

VicPods is intended to be user-controlled, not surveillance-driven. Users can manage profile details, passwords, billing, and account deletion from product settings. These terms work together with the Privacy Policy.

06

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are processed through Stripe and renew according to your active subscription unless cancelled. Paid access can change if a subscription becomes unpaid, expires, or is cancelled. Stripe may retain billing records where legally required.

07

Acceptable use

Do not use VicPods for unlawful activity, abuse of authentication systems, payment fraud, malware, spam, intellectual property infringement, or harmful platform misuse. We can restrict access where needed to protect the service or other users.

08

Service changes and availability

VicPods evolves over time. Features, AI limits, pricing, and workflows may change as the product improves. We aim for reliable availability, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

09

Account deletion and retention

Users can request deletion directly from Settings. VicPods will remove in-app account data tied to the user account, subject to limited retention needed for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

10

Liability and complaints

VicPods is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. If you have a privacy or data-rights concern, contact VicPods through the Help Center or your support channel. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also complain to your supervisory authority, including the Irish Data Protection Commission where relevant.
